Our Team

Megan has been working in the optical industry for 25 years and 17 of those have been with Dr. DeForrest. She is an expert in helping patients pick frames, helping with contact lenses, and answering optical questions. She is especially knowledgeable as an ophthalmic technician bridging the gap between your optical needs and medical needs.   Please contact Megan with any concerns regarding your eyes.   

Essie has been with us since 2007 when Dr DeForrest purchased the practice from Dr. Ersoff.  She had been working with Dr. Ersoff and was extremely helpful with the transition.   Essie has also owned and operated her own optical shop, bringing a wealth of knowledge from an optical perspective as well as a business-owner's perspective.  You can truly rely on Essie for all of your optical needs, just as we rely on her for our day-to-day operations.

Veronica joined the practice in 2008 with a strong recommendation from Essie!  She and Essie had previously worked together, where she had proven herself as knowledgeable, kind, and reliable.  We're so greatful for Veronica and her ability to bond everyone together.  Thank you, Essie, for your wonderful recommendation!
